Mr. WindDancer changed his plea to Guilty to
receive a lighter sentence. Judge Aleta Trauger had the ability to give him a
lighter or heavier sentence. She did not. She gave him the sentence that he and
both sets of lawyers agreed to. Considering this I would want Judge Trauger to
confirm the statement made in the preceding comments and what it was in
reference to. For more accurate information you can contact the Middle District

In the following newspaper article Nanticoke Chief Norwood is quoted as saying
that WindDancer was not a tribal member. He is an associate member (beginning in
2001 or 2002). An associate member does not have to be a Native American.

has already been misquoted and used to make the Nanticoke Tribe look bad and Mr.
WindDancer as a victim.

Official records - WindDancer, Ed. He has a brother Paul Michael Pielert in
Maryland.
His probation terms require that he live at his ex wife and step daughters home
in Port Charlotte. If he is so committed to family why does he introduce his ex-
wife Patty and her daughter Terree Grubb of Port Charlotte as an old friend from
up North?
